Vocamind is built to be private by design. It works fully offline, requires no account, and keeps everything you add on your own device. This policy explains what that means in plain terms.

The short version

• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.
• The words, phrases, details, and settings you enter stay on your device.
• No account or sign-up is required.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party data sharing.
• The app works without an internet connection.

Information we collect

Vocamind does not collect personal information. The app has no servers of its own, no user accounts, and no login. Everything you create — words and phrases, their meanings, translations, examples, and your notification preferences — is stored locally on your device using your device’s standard storage. We have no way to access it.

How your data is used

Your entries are used only on your device, to show you reminders through local notifications on the schedule you choose. Nothing is uploaded, synced to a cloud, or sent to us or any third party.

Notifications

Vocamind uses local notifications, which are generated and scheduled entirely on your device. Granting notification permission lets the app remind you of your own entries; it does not give the app or anyone else access to data outside the app. You can change or revoke this permission at any time in your device’s system settings.

If you contact us

If you choose to email the developer (for feedback, questions, or bug reports), we will receive whatever you include in that message, such as your email address and the contents of your email. We use that information only to respond to you and improve the app. Emailing us is entirely optional.

Children’s privacy

Vocamind does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app contains no ads, no in-app purchases that collect data, and no external content feeds.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. To remove your data, delete entries within the app or uninstall Vocamind, which removes all of its locally stored data from your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
